Privacy policy
This page covers the Clipper showcase website only. It adds to the Verbena Projects LLC master privacy policy, which applies across our network of sites. If the two differ, this page governs for this website. The Clipper app has its own privacy policy, shown inside the app.
What we collect
The early-access form. If you request early access, we collect your name, your email address, what you make (optional), and any note you write (optional). We use this only to read and answer your request and to send you an invitation.
A spam check. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. To do that, Turnstile receives your IP address and some browser signals, under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
A scrambled IP address. To stop spam, we store a one-way, keyed hash of your IP address with each request. We can't turn it back into your address.
Server logs. Our web server keeps standard logs (IP address, page requested, time, browser type) for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies and storage
The early-access form sets one temporary session cookie that protects the form from forgery. It holds no personal information and ends when you close your browser. We use no advertising or tracking cookies. If ads from the OJOS network appear on a page, they use your browser's sessionStorage to limit how often an ad shows. That is temporary, stays in your browser, and is never sent to our servers.
Who receives your information
Your request is emailed to us and stored on our own server. We don't sell it or share it for advertising. If you request deletion, see Data deletion.
How long we keep it
We keep early-access requests until we've answered them and, for accepted requests, for as long as you have a Clipper account. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing info@clipper.ampmultimedia.com. This website is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Who we are
Clipper is made by ampMultimedia, a Verbena Projects LLC company. This policy is governed by California law.
